Vacation Rental and Reservations Policies
Deposit and Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is due upon booking and must be received by us to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 60 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo unit within one year of the original check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.
Cleaning Fees:
- All stays are subject to a one-time cleaning fee of $95.00.
- Stays of more than 10 days have additional mandatory interim-cleaning fees of $95.00 every 10 days. (For example, if you had reserved the condo for 30 days, there would be 2 cleanings during your stay, one on the 10th day and one on the 20th day.)
Check-In/Check-out:
- Check-In Time is at 2:00 PM.
- Check-out Time is at 10:00 AM.
- We cannot accommodate earlier check-ins or check-outs because we often have parties departing and arriving on the same day.
General Policies:
- Please leave all keys in the condo when you check out. The front desk does not provide access to the condo.
- All condos are non-smoking units.
- Please do not move items between condos. Each condo is individually owned and equipped with their own unique contents.
- There is a $15.00 charge for each missing beach or bath towel.
